Spruce Hill Manor Bed and Breakfast is located in the University City neighborhood of Philadelphia. Situated in an 1879 Victorian mansion, the inn is surrounded by beautiful lawns and gardens. Antique furnishings, oriental carpets and fine linens complement the inn's original woodwork and stained glass. Its quiet residential locale is just minutes from Philadelphia's major universities, hospitals, museums, city center and convention complex.

All rooms have private baths, kitchenettes, individually-controlled heat and air conditioning, cable TV and wireless internet access.
Children over nine years old are welcome at Spruce Hill Manor Bed and Breakfast.
A complimentary all natural/organic continental breakfast is served as early as needed.
Free parking is available off street in the driveway on a first come first served basis and on street from 6 PM Friday to 10 AM Monday. At all other times there is a 2 hour limit for on-street parking.
Rates are based on double occupancy. There is a $40 fee for each additional person.
